We’re transitioning to a new computerized records system to improve communication, reminders, and appointment scheduling. As we adjust, appointments may book a little further out than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding, we appreciate you!

Appointment Policy

We operate primarily by appointment to provide timely and organized care for our patients. New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.

We make every effort to see patients on time, but occasional delays may occur when urgent or emergency cases require immediate attention. If you arrive 5 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the time available to another patient.
